广州市城区土地可持续利用研究

通过调查统计，分析了广州市区的土地利用现状、特征和问题，研究认为目前其主要问题是城区用地规模无序膨胀，“拼大饼式”发展，浪费土地资源，结构不合理，用地率低，环境问题较突出等．在此基础上，就土地的可持续利用提出了要深挖土地潜力，提高土地利用率，要改造老城区，适当发展新城区，调整城市用地结构，节省土地，保护耕地资源，加强土地管理和保护生态环境等相应的对策。

A study on the land use of Guangzhou and thier sustainable development

The land use data are collected and sorted out. The present situation, characteristics and problems of land use in Guangzhou are studied by using investigation and statistic method.The results show that the major existing problems on land use are as follows: expanding the urban construction land use in disorder, welding development, waste of land resources, unreasonable land use structure, low land_use efficiency, worsening environment problems, and so on. For the sustainable development of land use in Guangzhou,some countermeasures are put forward: exploiting all potentialities on the land use, strengthening the protection of cultivated land resources, saving the land, optimizing land use structure,raising land_use efficiency, rebuilding the old central district and developing the new district, strengthening the management of land resources and protecting natural ecological environment, etc.
