| 摘 要： | 现实农村社会和农民法律意识状况应该客观、理性地看待和评判,农村社会的基本稳定和发展表明,农民法律意识并非简单的像有学者认为的那样没有或者极其欠缺;充分认识我国二元社会结构的现状,对农民法律意识的来源、养成的基础和条件有个清醒的把握,从而便于培养农民的法律情感,以更有利于农民法律意识的提高和推动法治建设的进程。

| Abstract: | it suggests in the article that the status of the present rural society and the peasants' legal consciousness should be objectively and rationally recognized or judged.The stable and developing rural society states that the peasants' legal consciousness is really not the case that some scholars think it empty or the most lack of.We should fully understand the situation of the binary social structure and clearly grasp the sources,developing foundations and conditions of the peasants' legal consciousness,so as to cultivate the peasants' legal feelings,raising their legal consciousness and promote the course of government by law. |
