画皮与拉皮——话说中国设计的两处表面文章

一般情况下,研究者对设计的观察,主要是针对著名设计师的经典设计的。但在中国目前的国情下,大众生活中那些存在即合理的设计,似乎更能反映中国特殊的市场需求、审美倾向与政治影响。从设计批评的角度,将城市美化与汽车拉皮这两个表面上并不相关的设计现象联系在一起进行研究,来思考当下中国设计的环境及其形成的影响,并以此呼吁社会给予中国设计问题更多的关注,是有利于促进中国设计向更加健康的方向发展的。
