摘    要:本研究测定了在不同浓度氨氮胁迫下背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana Lea)血清和肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及溶菌酶(LSZ)活性的变化。结果表明,血清SOD活性在氨氮浓度为10mg/L时最低,之后随浓度的增加而上升,而肝胰腺SOD活性在氨氮浓度为2.5mg/L-10mg/L时随氨氮浓度增加而上升,当浓度为10mg/L时达到最大值,之后随浓度的增加其活性有所下降,但仍略高于对照组;在氨氮浓度为2.5mg/L~20mg/L时,肝胰腺CAT活性明显低于对照组,在浓度为2.5mg/L时为最小值,此后略有回升,在浓度为40mg/L时高于对照组,而血清CAT活性明显下降,在浓度为40mg/L时下降至最小值;肝胰腺LSZ活性随氨氮浓度增加成起伏变化,在氨氮浓度为10mg/L时达到最小值,之后明显上升,当浓度为20mg/L时达到最大值,而血清LSZ活性在氨氮浓度为2.5mg/L-10mg/L时与对照差别不大,在浓度为20mg/L时下降到最低值,在浓度为40mg/L时明显升高并达到最大值。

Abstract:In the present paper,activities of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT) and Lysozyme(LSZ) of Anodonta woodiana Lea under different Ammonia-N concentrations(2.5 mg/L,5.0 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L) stress were detected respectively.Results showed that the activity of SOD in serum reached the lowest level at 10 mg/L and went up with the increase of Ammonia-N concentrations.At the range of 2.5 mg/L~10 mg/L the activity of SOD in hepatopancreas went up with the increase of Ammoniamg/LN concentrations.When the Ammoniamg/LN concentration was 10 mg/L,the activity of SOD in hepatopancreas got to the maximum.And then decreased a little with the increase of the concentrations,but higher than the control group;at the range of 2.5 mg/L~20 mg/L the activity of CAT in hepatopancreas was lower than the control group significantly.The activity of CAT got to minimum at 2.5 mg/L and then went up a little.When the concentration was 40 mg/L the activity of CAT was higher than the control group;But the activity of CAT in serum decreased significantly and got to the minimum at 40 mg/L.The fluctuation of the activity of LSZ in hepatopancreas was fairly obvious with the increase of Ammonia-N concentration and reached the minimum at 10 mg/L,And then went up obviously and got to the maximum at 20 mg/L.But the activity of LSZ in serum had a little difference with the control group at the range of 2.5 mg/L~10 mg/L and decreased to the minimum at 20 mg/L,but went up significantly at 40 mg/L and reached the maximum.
