圆环传动及其啮合原理

摘    要:本文简述了圆环传动原理之后,利用转化机构原理,导出了传动比计算公式;利 用圆矢量函数和活动标架理论,建立了圆环螺旋线方程式、圆环齿面方程式及诱导主 曲率公式;并依据圆环螺线的成形原理.将圆环蜗杆的上述有关方程式合成为统一的 形式。 本文给出的公式概念明确,表达形式简洁,可用于圆环传动的设计计算中,是圆 环传动的理论基础。

Abstract:Following the brief introduction to the principle of toroidal drive, the speed ratio equation is deduced by means of formula method. The toroidal helix equation, toroidal tooth profile surface equation and in- duced major curvature equation are (presented in this paper based on circular vector function and moving frame of reference. Furthermore, all above equations for toroidal worm have been combined into a uniform formula according to gener- ation principle of the toroidal helix. All equations presented in this paper have clear conception and concise ex- pressions. They could be used in design and provide a theoretical basis for the toroidal drive.
