| Abstract: | Quality education should be carried out throughout the whole course of education, with different focuses and requirements in different phases and aspects. Particular emphasis should be paid on developing college students' creativity and practice ability and thus enhancing their humanistic attainments and scientific qualities. In the author's view, College teachers should play a key role in the implementation of quality education in institutes of higher learning. |
