摘    要:根据实验结果,作者发现了在H型件轧边端孔型中的张力饱和现象。研究了产生该现象的原因并推导了饱和张力值计算公式。计算结果同实测结果的比较表明,本文公式计算饱和张力值的精度满足工程计算的要求。

Abstract:A phenomenon called TENSION SATURATION was observed in experiments,which took place between universal pass and edger when edging H-beam in con-tinuous rolling process with tension. It is defined as a tension criterion to whichwhen tension force increases the tensile stress in H- stock will cease to increaseon but both the forward and backward slips will increase dramatically at a ratealmost up to infinite. Things accounting for the occurrence of TENSION SATURA-TION are discussed and equations to calculate it derived.These equations areproved meeting the requirement in practical design procedure through a compa-rison of calculation with measurement.
