| 摘 要： | 给大鼠注射puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN)所建立的肾病模型应该称为嘌呤霉素氨基核苷肾病(PAN肾病),但在国内却多被误为“嘌呤霉素肾病”。本文就嘌呤霉素与嘌呤霉素氨基核苷的区别、嘌呤霉素氨基核苷肾病英文缩写的不同解读等予以辨析,并强调纠正这一流传多年的错误有助于开展国际学术交流。

| Abstract: | The nephropathy model induced by puromycin aminonucleoside (PAN) in rats should be named puromycin aminonucleoside nephropathy or PAN nephropathy, however, the domestic scholar used to call it as "puromycin nephropathy". In fact, PAN is different from puromycin. Needless to say, it is very important for the international academic communication to correct this intractable mistake in China as soon as possible. |
