论当代体育教师的基本素质

进入21世纪，社会对人才的需求发生了很大的变化，学校体育教学改革和发展，对当代体育教师的基本素质也提出了新的更高的要求．本文结合体育教师具备素质在体育教学中的作用，分析了当代体育教师基本素质的构成．并提出了加强和提高体育教师的基本素质的方法和途径，为全面提高学校体育在实施素质教育过程中的作用，为学校体育教学改革提供理论参考．

On Basic Qualities of Contemporary P.E. Teachers

Since the beginning of the 21st century, there has been a great change in the demands of talents. Undoubtedly, teaching reforms and development calls for higher requirements for the contemporary P. E. teachers. This article is devoted to the study of the roles that P.E. teachers are supposed to play in P.E. teaching and analyzes the compositions of the qualities of the contemporary P.E. teachers. The author also points out the ways to reinforce and improve the basic qualities of the P. E. teachers, which will enhance the roles of the P.E. education in the implementation of the quality edncatoin, and provide the theoretical support for the reform in P.E. education.
