| 摘 要： | 教师不仅是人类科学文化知识的传播者，同时，也是人类精神文化的建设者，是塑造青年学生灵魂的工程师。这就要求我们每一名人民教师必须做到既教书又育人。本文着重从四个方面论述了教书和育人脱钩的原因，从三个方面阐述了如何做到教书育人。作者认为，要履行教书育人这一神圣的社会义务，研究和掌握如何教书育人这一方法问题是非常必要的。
