| 摘 要： | 研究一阶椭圆型方程组的某类边值问题，得到了问题的Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ性指标，并给出了问题的线性无关解个数ｋ_０和可解性条件的个数ｌ_０的估计式：（Ｋ＋ｋ＇）ｒ≤ｋ_０≤（Ｋ＋ｋ＇）ｒ，（Ｋ＋ｌ＇－１）ｒ≤ｌ_０≤（ｋ＋ｌ＇）ｒ。
