轻量化及塑料玻璃在新能源汽车上的应用分析

聚碳酸酯（PC）材料具有设计自由度高、强度好、密度低、轻量化的特点．从新能源汽车轻量化的要求出发，分析了新能源汽车的轻量化工作，并从材料、产品性能、标准以及产业化方面研究了PC材料在新能源汽车轻量化领域的应用前景和存在的问题．PC塑料车窗机械性能优于传统玻璃，但其抗磨性能和耐候性能较传统玻璃差．Pc塑料车窗的应用目前急需建立自身的标准，同时进一步提高耐候性和耐磨性；PC塑料车窗导热性较传统玻璃差，塑料车窗电阻丝消耗功率和温度性能明显低于传统玻璃，塑料车窗的除霜除雾功能还有待解决．
