摘    要:研究金属磁记忆检测新方法在应力腐蚀问题中的应用.以低碳管线钢试件为研究对象,使之拉伸或折弯以产生残余变形和应力,利用磁记忆检测仪对这些拉伸和折弯后的试件进行检测,根据给出的评价标准对试件表面的应力变形状态进行评价分析,为应力腐蚀实验中研究应力和腐蚀之间的关系提供了依据.

Abstract:Studies a new metal magnetic memory testing method applied in stress corrosion. Pipeline steel X70 is used and stretched or bent to create different states of stresses. Magnetic memory testing instrument are then applied. Superficial states of stress deformation on these specimens are thus evaluated and analyzed. This offers a foundation for studying the relation of stress and corrosion in stress corrosion experiments.
