| 摘 要： | 在温和的条件下通过5-溴水杨醛和溴化的2-氨基吡啶发生加成反应制取Schiff碱配体(HL:5-溴水杨醛缩2-氨基-3,5-二溴吡啶,用配体分别与四种金属离子反应(M=Co2+、Ni2+、Mn2+、Cu2+)从而得到金属配合物。采用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、电导率和熔点等方法测定了其物质结构,并测定了其生物活性。

Synthesis and properties study of 5-bromosalieylaldehyde condensation 2-Amino-3,5-dibromopyridine and its complexes of transition-metal |

| Abstract: | Under the moderate condition,Schiff Alkali coordination compound was synthesized by 5-bromosolicyladehyde and 2-Amino-3,5-dibromopyridine,then the coordination compound reacted with four metallic with metals(M=Ni2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、C02+、).Their composition and structures of the complexes have been characterized by IR、UR-Vis、electricity conductivity and melting point etc.The biological activities were tested. |
