以人为本-用科学发展观统领高校思想政治教育工作

科学发展观的基本价值取向是以人为本，落实到高等教育中，就是要以学生为中心，按照大学人才培养的目标与要求，提倡人性化、人格化的教育。这就要求我们教育工作者不断构建思想政治教育工作中以人为本的工作模式，时刻以学生的根本利益为出发点和落脚点，争取做到“一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切”，弘扬学生的主体性和价值性，把学生的健康人格、自由、平等、幸福和全面发展作为思想政治教育的终极关怀；从以往的消极防范和控制，转向积极引导和真诚服务，努力做到教书育人、管理育人、服务育人。

Use Human - oriented Scientific Development Viewpoint to Manage the Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

The basic value of the scientific development is human-oriented.In colleges,that is to promote the student-oriented humanitarian education according to the goal and demand of talents training of colleges. Therefore the educators in colleges should establish the new human-oriented working pattern,put the students' interest in the first place,promote the education aim,i.e.all for students,for all students and for students' all,carry forward students' value and entity,and regards the students' overall development as the ultimate purpose of the ideological and political education so as to cultivate students through teaching,management and service.
