转子——非线性弹性支承系统的瞬态响应

摘    要:研究非线性刚度支承对转子系统的启动、停车等瞬态过程中通过共振区的影响,支承刚度具有硬式非线性特性时,会提高转子系统的临界转速和瞬态过程的最大振幅,不利于转子快速通过其振区。还定量研究了启动、制动加速度对转子系统瞬态过程最大振幅的影响。并对具有慢变刚度的非线性支承对转子系统过共振状态的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:The effect of the rotor system with nonlinear flexible supports passing through the resonance area is studied,when the system is at the transient process of starting or breaking.The stiffness with hard nonlinear feature can cause the critical speed and the maximum amplitude of the transient processes increase.It is no benefit for the rotor system to pass through the resonance area rapidly.The effect of the transient acceleration on the maximum amplitude of the transient processes has also been researched in the paper.At last the rotor system with slow changing stiffness has been analyzed.
