| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的加权主分量分析方法,该方法和传统主分量分析的区别在于考虑了训练样本分布情况,给出了一种新的均方差矩阵估计方法,再进行特征抽取和识别.在ORL人脸数据库上的试验结果表明,所提出的方法在识别性能上优于主分量分析.

| Abstract: | A new algorithm for weighted principle component analysis is presented in this paper.It considers the locality of the training samples,and a new weighted method for the evaluation of the covariance matrix is proposed.The proposed method is tested on ORL face database and the experiment result indicates that it is more effective than traditional principle component analysis(PCA). |
