摘    要:本文根据焊缝扩散氢含量、氧含量及焊条工艺性能的测定结果,确定了以CaCO_3-CaF_2-TiO_2为基本渣系;又通过金相及断口分析、能谱分析和机械性能测定,研究了Cr,Ni,Mo对焊缝强度及韧性的影响及焊缝的低温断裂过程,其最佳含量范围如下:Ni为1.4%~1.6%,Cr为0.2%,Mo为0.3%~0.4%。在此基础上研制出一种新型J707Ni焊条,其各项性能基本达到国外同类焊条水平。

Abstract:Based on the measurements of the diffusion hydrogen and oxygen content of weld metals and usability of the electrode,CaCO3-CaF2-TiO2-SiO2 is determined as the basic composition of the covering. By the metallograph, fractography, and EDAX analysis along with measurement of the mechanical properties of the weld metals,the effect of Ni,Cr,Mo on the strength and toughness of the weld metals and the fracture process at low temperature have been studied. The optimum content of alloy elements are as follows:l. 4%- 1. 6% Ni, 0. 2%Cr and 0. 3%-0. 4% Mo. Based on the results above mentioned , a new electrode named J707Ni has been developed and its properties are similar to some advanced electrodes produced abroad.
