| Abstract: | The implementation of network teaching and learning in higher education institutions for social development, is to develop practice-based, application-oriented, innovative talent. This paper introduces network teaching and learning, as a kind of modern teaching method. Also, the ways and means by which network teaching and learning is implemented are discussed in this paper. |
