锥阀受力的理论分析

摘    要:作者对锥阀在工作过程中的受力情况、锥阀液动力的计算及作用方向、锥阀阀系数求取等问题作了深入细致的探讨.在瞬态液动力的分析中,用控制论将其复杂的教学公式进行了简化,展示了数学物理方法在液压技术中应用的前景.文章最后得出了两个重要结论:1.锥阀受力情况,可依设计者需要,从结构上在一定范围内自行改善或调整;2.为了提高锥阀的静态刚度,锥阀的压力—流量系数Kc值可取得小一些.

Abstract:The author examined thoroughly for the conditions of the forces applied to the cone valve, the hydrodynamic calculation and direction of action to the cone valve and the evaluation of coefficient of the cone valve. For the instantaneous hydrodynamic analysis of the cone valve, the complex mathematical formular is simplified with cybernetics. Therefore, this paper shows the prospect of the mathematical and physical method in hydraulics and two important conclusions are finally obtained.1. The conditions of the forces applied to the cone valve can be automatically improved and adjusted to a certain extent from the structure according to the requirement of the designer.2. In order to raise the static rigdity the coefficient K_G of pressure-flow can be taken in a smaller value.
