摘    要:以白酒为实验对象,利用连续光源原子吸收光谱法测试白酒中铅、锰。直接用硝酸消化,浓缩上机,同时测定铅、锰,比国家标准方法简便,减少了试剂误差。结果表明,方法的回收率均在96.0%~105.0%之间,方法和测试相对标准偏差均在5.0%以下(n=5),测定结果满意。

Abstract:Used as an experimental subject,liquor was tested for its Pb and Mn by continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry.With direct digestion of nitric acid and concentration,the simultaneous determination of Pb and Mn could reduce reagent error and was simpler than the national standard.The recovery rate was between 96.0% and 105.0 % with the RSD of the method and test precision under 5.0 %(n = 5).
