智能化工艺设计系统的几个关键技术

摘    要:针对以专家系统为理论基础的传统人工智能计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)系统的缺陷,以加工方法选择、定位夹紧方案确定及每一安装下的工步排序三个基本问题为结合点,对工艺设计的人工神经网络模型,组合优化及不确定推理方式等进行了理论分析和研究。建立了适于加工方法选择的人工神经网络模型及工步排序的模拟退火优化模型,应用模糊综合评判方法合理地确定定位夹紧方案。在此基础上开发一个适于CIMS-ERC环境面向典型非回转体零件的智能化CAPP系统。

Abstract:Aiming at disadvantages of computer aided process planning (CAPP) system based on the expert system theory, this paper has made theoretical analysis and research on artificial neural network (ANN ) model, combinatorial optimization and fuzzy inference method in process planning. The ANN model of machining method selection and the simulated annealing optimization model of sequencing operation steps have been developed respectively. A fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is used to determine locating-clamping schemes. Based on above theory models, an intelligent CAPP prototype system for nonrotational parts has been developed in the environment of CIMS-ERC (computer integrated manufacturing systems-engineering research center).
