| 摘 要： | 闭架借阅的种种弊端，特别是闭架借阅降低了图书馆的借阅量，而开架借阅体现了“以人为本”的服务理念，更有利于信息的传递。实施开架借阅的必要条件是书库面积足够大，并配备现代化的防盗设备。条件不具备的图书馆，在一定范围内可采用替代策略。

| Abstract: | The close-shelf book-loaning mode has various demerits, especially it reduces library's book-loaning quantity. The open-shelf book-loaning mode, which externalizes the conception of humanistic service, is beneficial to the transmission of the information. The necessary condition of carrying out the open-shelf book-loaning mode is that the area of the stack room is big enough and the stack room must be equipped with the modern burglary-resisting installations. Those libraries, which have no necessary conditions, can adopt some alternative measures in certain scope. |
