高校物业管理信息服务系统的建模

为建立和完善高校物业管理的信息服务，促进高校物业管理的发展，在分析了高校物业管理与一般物业管理之间的区别基础上，详细阐述了高校物业管理的业务运行情况。并使用面向对象的统一建模语言(UML)，对高校物业管理进行业务建模。

Modeling of university property management information service system

Although the university property management derived from common proper management, both managements have distinct running modes. So managing the university property cannot copy common property management. The differences between both managements were analyzed in the paper. The transactions of the (university) proper management were stated in detail and modeled by means of object-oriented Unified Modeling Language. The models are advantageous to set up the university property management information service, to promote the development of the management and to develop computer information services system.
