| Abstract: | Bases on the analysis of the necessity of human capital participates in income distribution, analyses the forms of that, such as salary and welfare, profit-sharing, Scanlon Plan, yearly payment system, human capital appraised as capital stock and stock options. The selecting methods of human capital participate in income distribution are provided. |
