| 摘 要： | 热轧直接冷却水系统处理过程中会产生大量的水面浮油、氧化铁皮、含油污泥,给系统的运行造成困难。以太钢2250mm热轧直接冷却水系统工艺为例,对热轧水处理工艺技术及其设备现状及特点进行了分析,以实现热轧水系统的稳定运行。

| Abstract: | In the process of the treatment of direct cooling water system in hot rolling mill,a large amount of carbon oil slick,scale and oily sludge will be produces,causing difficulties for the operation of the system.Taking the technology of direct cooling water system in 2250 Hot Rolling Mill of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and features of hot-rolling water treatment technology and equipment. |
