| Abstract: | Information resources sharing and intellectual property are two hot points in information era.This paper analyzes some intellectual property problems involved in the course of information resources sharing,and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding intellectual property risks from aspects of perfecting intellectual property system,adopting effect technical measures,making rational use of open sources,and strengthening legal system propaganda,etc. |
