推动我国低碳经济发展的思考

当前低碳经济已经成为全球发展的潮流,也是我国应对气候变化、转变经济增长方式的必然选择。对国内外发展低碳经济的实践进行了阐述,针对我国低碳经济实践中出现的问题和面临的困难,从经济理论、国家规划、技术支撑、法律保障和人才建设方面就如何推动我国低碳经济良性、快速、有序的发展提出了思路与对策。

Considerations about Promoting the Development of Low-carbon Economy in China

Nowadays,the low-carbon economy has become a global development trend,and also is an inevitable choice for China to deal with the climatic change and the transformation of economic growth style.This paper expounds the practices of developing the low-carbon economy in China and foreign countries,and in the light of the problems and difficulties occurring in China＇s practice of implementing the low-carbon economy,puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for promoting the benign,quick and orderly development of China＇s low-carbon economy from aspects of economic theory,national plan,technical support,legal safeguard,and talents construction,etc.
