浅谈图书馆文献资源建设中的数字信息服务

现代图书馆数字信息资源建设和使用中存在着资金缺乏、工作人员知识水平低下、管理思想落后、文献资源新增需求大等问题。为了更好地服务读者,在图书馆的数字信息资源建设中,应当加强硬件设施的建设和投入、服务方式的创新、特色数字信息资源的建设以及管理与服务人员素质的提高等工作。

Discussion on Library's Digital Information Service in Literature Resources Construction

In the construction and utilization of modern library＇s digital information resources there are some problems such as the shortage of the funds,the lower knowledge level of the librarians,the out-of-date management thought of the managers,and the large demand for the additional literature resources,etc.In order to better serve the readers,in library＇s construction of digital information resources,we should strengthen the construction and investment of hardware capacities,the innovation of service mode,the construction of characteristic information resources,and the improvement of librarians＇ quality.
