| Abstract: | Knowing the target reader is an important precondition for the construction of the library.Based on introducing the development and variation of the team of hospital nursing workers,this paper analyzes the demands of hospital library＇s nurse readers,and probes into some countermeasures for hospital library to do well the service for nurse readers. |
