| 摘 要： | “开关电流”是一种新的模拟采样数据信号处理技术,它不需要线性浮地电容,这一性能使得信号处理器件能够用标准的数字VLSI工艺集成.本文探讨了开关电流技术在神经网络方面的应用,提出了一种新的联想记忆模型,并从它的开关电路实现和它的算法两个方面进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | "Switched current"is a new analogue sampled data signal proressing technique which can be implemented withoul linear floating caparitors. This feature enables signal processors to be integrated in a stundard digital VLSI process. The application of SI technique to NN implimentation is probed. A new associative memory network model is proposed,and is discussed in both its SI circuit implimentation and its algorithm. |
