义187井高密度钻井液技术

摘    要:义187井是济阳坳陷沾化凹陷渤南洼陷义187断块的一口评价井,完钻井深3980m。二开裸眼段长,地层裂缝发育,井壁失稳严重。三开钻遇膏岩及泥膏岩,地层蠕变快,易发生缩径卡钻事故;钻井液体系易受污染,导致流变性变差;井底温度高,使用高密度钻井液施工难度大。通过使用聚磺防塌钻井液体系及聚胺强抑制钻井液体系,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,顺利完钻。测试表明,日产原油185.2t,天燃气13400m3,显示了良好的勘探开发前景。

Abstract:Yi 187 well was an appraisal well, and it was located on the fifth fault block of Ji Yang Downwarp in Bohai Bay Basin. The total depth is 3980m. The borehole wall was very instable in the second interval because of the length of open well and crack. Complex accident of stight hole sticking occurred frequently in the third interval because of gypsolyte and argillaceous, and theological property became bad because drilling fluid was contaminated. Bottomhole temperature was high and the drilling fluid density was heavy, so exploratory drilling difficulty was great. After sulphonated polymer and anti-caving drilling fluid and polyamine and high inhibition drilling fluid were applicated and the corresponding maintenance and handling technics were asisted, the well was finished successfully. Testing oil showed that crude oil production was 185.2t a day and gas production was 13400m3 a day, with a good prospect of exploration and development.
