亳州市图书馆项目质量控制的研究

项目质量控制普遍存在一些问题。一方面没有正确认识项目质量控制的基本问题;另一方面管理不科学,缺乏对质量的严格控制。项目质量控制取决于项目开展过程中各项组成部分的质量控制,因此,项目质量控制应贯穿于公众文化设施项目的整个建设生命周期中。结合项目质量控制的相关理论和方法,在调查研究分析的基础上,以质量管理理论为指导,以亳州市图书馆项目过程为实证,验证出项目质量控制过程的基本模式。

On Quality ControI of the Library Construction Project in Bozhou

There are always some problems existing in project quality control. On the one hand we always don＇t understand the basic problem in project quality control correctly, on the other hand the project managment is not so scientific, and lack of strictly control over quality control. The quality of project quality control depends on the quality of its various components in the process of the project. Therefore, project quality control should be existing in the whole process of the constrction of public cultural facilities projects. Combining the theory with methodology of project quality control, and guided by the theory of quality management and demonstration by the municipal library project of Bozhou City. The author verifies the basic mode of the project quality control process based on research and analysis.
