香豆素合成方法的研究

摘    要:以氟化钾作催化剂,通过Perkin反应来合成香豆素,与其它合成方法相比,此法具有产率高、反应温度低,反应时间短等优点.反应物的最佳摩尔比为:氟化钾:水杨醛:乙酸酐=1.8:1.0:3.2.

Abstract:Coumarin was synthesized by Perkin reaction in the presence of potassium fluorine as a catalyst. By the method ,yield of coumarin was improved greatly, the reaction temperature was lowered, and the reaction time was also decreased. The best molar rate of the reaction was potassium fluorine:salicylaldedyde:acetic anhydride=1.8:1.0:3.2.
