面向数控弧齿铣齿机产品族的可适应动态设计方法

摘    要:在可适应设计的基础上,提出了一种针对面向族的机床结构可适应动态设计方法.以产品族中系列产品的拓展设计作为可适应动态设计的分析和研究对象,建立了机床结构可适应动态设计过程模型.基于广义模块化设计方法建立了产品平台规划与设计模型.以结构相似度和性能提高作为评价适应性指标,建立了机床结构可适应性定量评价模型.以YH60系列数控弧齿铣齿机族设计与开发应用实例,对上述方法及实施过程进行了具体说明.研究和应用结果表明,通过对YH603和YH605机床有限元分析和实物样机的试验测试,整机性能提高了126.8%.

Abstract:Based on adaptable design,an adaptable dynamic design for mechanical structure of product family was presented.The adaptable dynamic design process was studied by taking developed design of series product in product family as the analytical object.The layout and design model for product platform planning were established based on generalized modular design.The evaluation of adaptability with structure similarity and performance improvement was formed.The methods and implementation process were specified by taking design,development and application of YH60 series CNC spiral bevel and hypoid gear generator as an example.The finite element analysis and test results of YH603 and YH605 series machine tools show that the machine tool designed with this method has good static and dynamic performance with 126.8% improvement.
