文化、自我概念与健康人格

目前，我国的人格危机正制约着一系列社会问题的解决，严重影响了社会主义现代化建设的进程，人格作为体现人的存在的最高生存方式，是个体在特定状态下的生存样态，它的形成和发展深受物质文化、制度文化、精神文化的影响及晚。病态人格是由于文化发展不和谐及其不因素的影响及文化转型中个体适应不良所致。另外，个体人格的发展还深受个体自我发展的动机，自我概念的影响，因此塑造健康人格，必须塑造健康文化；塑造健康人格，必须塑造健康自我概念。

Culture,Self——Conception and Healthy Personality

The crisis of personality has restricted the solution of a serial of social problems and has badly affected the procession of the modernization of socialization. As the highest existence mode of human, personality is the existent pattern of individual under special culture, whose shape and development was affected and restricted by matter culture and institutional culture and immaterial culture. The abnormal personality has been caused by the unharmonious of culture development and its ill factors, and been caused by the ill accommodation of individual in the change of culture. In addition, the development of individual personality has also been affected by motivation of individual self-development and by individual self-conception. Thus shape healthy pesonality, we should shape healthy culture; Shape healthy persnality, we should shape healthy self-conception.
