| Abstract: | The paper attempts to explore a scientific approach to a better physical training by analyzing the effect of training distance on the rhythm of the hearbeat and the relationship between the rhythm of the hearbeat and the performance, as required by the changes in track-and-field athletes' physiological indexes. |
