| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型半导体集成光电转换器件,即电荷耦合器件(charge coupled devices,CCD)的工作原理及其应用.应用CCD可直接测量单缝衍射的光强分布,并可在数显示波器中直接显示光强分布曲线的全貌,从而精确测量单缝宽度.

| Abstract: | The principle of CCD which measures the intensity is briefly discussed.The intensity distribution of the diffraction by narrow opening directly measured with CCD,a complete picture of luminous intensity distribution curve can be displayed by a numeric display oscilloscope.The measurement accuracy is obviously improved because of the adoption of a photoelectric technique. |
