低速风洞收缩段设计加工与流动数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了一种简洁有效的低速风洞收缩段的设计、加工以及校验的方法。通过选择合适的收缩段曲线,绘制出收缩段的三维图,然后在三维造型软件中将收缩段曲面展开为平面,得到了所展开平面上的曲线坐标。将这些坐标输入到数控等离子切割设备,加工出制备收缩段所需的原料。最后通过数值模拟得到了该收缩段的流场特点。

Abstract:A method that can be used to design, manufacture and test the contraction section of a wind tunnel is presented. By properly choosing curves for the contraction section, a three - dimensional construction of the contraction section is made. Contraction surfaces are developed in a graphic software, so curvilinear coordinates of the plane are obtained, which are used as are input for the plasma cutting machine and four pieces of material are prepared for the contraction processing. Finally, the flow field in the contraction section is simulated by numerical computation software.
