摘    要:长壁留煤柱支撑法开采是陕北中小煤矿普遍采用的一种采煤方法。开采时合理的划分隔离区域,通过留设不同性质的煤柱群,能够使得隔离区域内煤柱在开采下一个区域时适时屈服、破坏,上覆岩层则协调变形发展形成“待垮六面体”。针对陕北郭家湾煤矿的长壁留煤柱支撑法开采,将隔离煤柱及其封闭的区域当作整体,建立了“连续梁”力学模型,从力学的角度出发,分析“顶板-煤柱”相互作用下的煤柱受力大小和顶板破坏机理。数值模拟结果与力学分析结果相吻合。根据分析结果提出的监测方法,对煤矿有效的进行顶板管理,实施安全高效开采具有重要意义。

Abstract:Medium and small coal mines in north of Shaanxi Province generally adopt longwall remaining coal pillars support mining.Rational area must be divided while mining,through remaining different nature coal pillars group,let coal pillars in isolated area yield and destroy,and overburden stratum develop to form waiting "downpour hexahedron" from keeping deformation.According to Guojiawan Mine longwall remaining coal pillars support mining,this papersets up the mechanics model of "continuous beam",proceeding from angle of mechanics,analyzing the destruction mechanism when the interaction of "roof-coal pillars ".Mechanics analysis result is identical with the numerical simulation of RFPA2D.Suitable monitoring method is put forward based on analyzed result,the mining has much significant to effectively manage roof,implement the security and high-efficiency.Analytical method of continuous beam may be referred by using extensively strip mining and room and pillar mining of continuous mine coal machine.
