| 摘 要： | 通过分析装备保障指挥组织结构与指挥信息传递效率的关系，得出结论：1）装备保障指挥组织结构形式与指挥信息传递效率具有密切的联系；2）这种联系在于通过指挥信息传递效率进而影响组织指挥效率；3）从任务小组到直线职能制，通过改变组织结构进而提高信息传递效率、最终提高组织指挥效率的主要机制是减少组织内部协调的复杂性；4）装备保障指挥组织结构的发展趋势是在各级增设协调指挥部门，通过减少协调信息通道数来提高组织指挥效率。

| Abstract: | The relationship of equipment support commanding and the commanding transfer efficiency of information and draw some conclusion are analyzed. Firstly, equipment support commanding organizational structure has close relationship with commanding transfer efficiency. Secondly, this kind relationship has influence on commanding efficiency by transferring commanding information. Thirdly, the main mechanism of improving organizational structure efficiency is reducing of complexity harmonization of inner structure. Lastly, decreasing the corresponding communication channels to enhance efficiency of command is the development direction of equipment support commanding organizational structure. |
