| 摘 要： | 在环境库兹涅茨曲线的基础上，根据1989年-2004年辽宁省的历史数据，研究辽宁省环境质量与经济增长的关系，提出了评价辽宁环境质量的新的指标体系，通过多个计量模型，分析辽宁综合环境、局部环境质量的环境曲线形状，并根据回归分析的结果．提出制定政策的建议。

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between Economic Growth and Environmental Quality from 1989 to 2004 in Liaoning, on the basis of Environmental Kuznets Curve. New assessment system of Environmental Quality indictor to research the EKC shape of total and partial Environmental quality in Liaoning is established. Finally, according to the result, some useful suggestion are given. |
