| 摘 要： | 和谐文化的建设离不开三种部门文化的和谐发展,培育第三部门文化,是我国和谐社会建设的精神支撑.第一、二部门的强势地位影响了我国高等教育规模、质量、结构、效益的和谐发展;培育第三部门文化,可以彰显高等教育第三部门的属性,促进我国高等教育和谐发展.

| Abstract: | Harmonious cultural construction is inseparable from harmonious cultural development of three sectors. Cultivating the culture of the third sector is the spiritual support of the harmonious society. The dominant influence of the first and second sector affects harmonious development of higher education. Cultivating the third sector culture is helpful to reveal the third sector attribute of higher education, to promote higher education development in China. |
