摘    要:输送装置堵塞是全喂入式联合收割机作业时最为常见的故障,尤其是收获密度高、湿度大的作物时,更是极易出现输送装置堵塞现象,操作者不得不以人力手动排除.为解决这一问题,需要在输送槽主传动轴上增设反转机构.提出行星轮式、锥齿轮式两种反转机,可主动、快速、便捷、高效解决堵塞现象.

Abstract:An obstructed conveyor trough is a frequent problem for a working whole feed combine,particularly for harvesting highly dense and humid crops.Such a problem has to be solved manually.To handle this problem,a reverse mechanism should be installed on the main driving axle of the conveyor trough.This paper proposes two kinds of reverse mechanisms,namely mechanism with planetary gearing and that with bevel gearing trains,which can be used to rapidly and efficiently solve this problem.
