光伏并网单相逆变器拓扑结构分析与比较

摘    要:按照不同分类方式,对单相逆变器拓扑结构进行分析,比较指出几种常用拓扑形式逆变电路在功能、效率、成本上的优点和不足之处.重点对带有功率解耦电路的光伏并网单相逆变电路、H6逆变电路和前级boost+后级全桥逆变电路进行分析,介绍其中的工作原理、运行模式.最后,进行比较总结.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the topologies of single-phase inverters according to different classification methods.The comparison of various inverter topologies shows their advantages and disadvantages in functions,efficiency and costs.The study focuses the attention on a grid-connected inverter with a power decoupling circuit,H6 inverter circuit,and a multi-stage inverter with a boost circuit and an H-bridge circuit.The working principle and running mode are introduced. Finally,the results from the analysis are compared and summarized.
