线性调频连续波雷达料位仪的研究

摘    要:利用线性调频连续波(Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave, LFMCW)雷达料位仪的基本原理,采用三角波调制和开关电容滤波器芯片,设计了雷达料位仪的硬件和软件电路。对雷达料位仪的性能进行了测试,测试结果表明:该仪器可以在2~40 m的范围内精确测量物料的高度,相对误差小于1%。系统具有成本低、测量精度高的特点。

Abstract:The hardware and software electrocircuit of radar feed location instrument were designed by using triangular wave modulation. They were switched capacity filter chip based on the principle of linear frequency-modulation continu-ous wave feed location instrument, and the performance of the designed instrument was also tested. The test results indi-cated that this instrument could accurately measure the height of materials in the distance of 2 to 40 m, and the relative error was less than 1%. This system has the character of low price and high accuracy.
