摘    要:提出了采用插入sleepy状态,利用CPU时间片损伤来降低单机系统负载效应并降低功耗的方法已应用于某现场的无源流量计,实践证明该方法是有效的,文中对其工作原理进行了论证,并建立了实验电路及程序。
