| 摘 要： | 以区域经济发展的两种模式:自然资源开发型、人力资源开发型作为出发点,分析了福建人力资源开发现状,并剖析了福建人力资源配置存在的矛盾及原因,最后提出了优化福建人才配置的思路:牢固树立“人才是第一资源”的理念;运用激励机制,吸引人才,留住人才;加强人才市场建设,提高人才资源配置效率;扩大对外交流合作,促进人才资源国际化与区域化配置。
