| Abstract: | This paper points out the difficult points and emphases of establishing the housing accumulation fund in the non-public ownership enterprises,and puts forward that should handle the administrative affairs in conformity with legal provisions of the issued by the State Council,and establish the housing accumulation fund system in the non-public ownership enterprises in an active and reliable way. |
