摘    要:本文采用石墨砂型浇注低碳钢的方法.在试件表面层得到一定深度的白口铸铁组织,淬火后其硬度可达HRc61-64,因而具有优良的耐磨性,而心部仍为低碳钢组织,复合层深度随铸件尺寸增大而增加,本文实验条件下最深可达到6.63mm,合层的组织、成分、性能均具有较好的过渡。用于锤头后职得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,the graphite mould has been applied to the low carbon steel's casting process to obtain the surface wear-resisting composite material.The microstructure,the composited case depth, composition and property are analysed and the results show that white-iron cast microstructure has been obtained in the surface layer whose hardness after quenched can reach HRc61-64,and the wearability is very good while the centre has good toughness. The composited case depth increases with the size of the casting and the maximum depth under the condition of our experilnent can reach 6. 63 mm.
